sensors and displays for compaction control

The intelligent Völkel Compaction Sensor provides processed characteristic data for the load-bearing capacity of substrates and the operating conditions of the machine based on the acceleration measurement on the vibrator.

The VÖLKEL Temperature Sensors have a very large measuring range and are therefore mainly used in asphalt construction. VÖLKEL Sensors have different variants as single-spot sensors or high-resolution surface temperature sensors that offer intelligent and robust evaluation of the surface temperature.

The Völkel Compaction Displays offer standardized and individual display options to show the compaction progress simply and clearly during work.

In addition to standard solutions that can be adapted to the needs of machine manufacturers with the least possible effort, we can also build your customized special product for your series machine.

All sensors and displays are machine-independent and can therefore be used in a variety of ways. Many of our customers are international manufacturers of vibratory rollers for earthworks and asphalt construction, vibratory plates, attachment compactors, trench rollers and asphalt pavers.
