Comprehensive compaction control in earthworks

With the VÖLKEL Navigator, Völkel has developed a modular system for the requirements of digital earthworks, among other things. The roller equipment with VÖLKEL Sensors is retro-fittable regardless of the manufacturer and at the same time offers the convenience of a factory-integrated solution.

The CCC Navigator meets all the requirements of area-wide compaction control in earthworks. Operating the display is intuitive. Data recording starts automatically. This provides users with 100% support for compaction control and, last but not least, documentation of the entire paving process.

An important component for analysis and documentation is the CompactDoc software (supported by the Navigator Web app), which, like every participant in the process, is connected to the VÖLKEL Cloud.

CompactDoc is used to load the construction drawing and measurements into a project, commission the machines and navigators, set values and evaluate the entire project – prepared for the client and for training the paving team.
