The flexible digitalization of your machinery

Each VÖLKEL Navigator can be used with all three applications:

the CCC Navigator for earthmoving rollers
the PAVE Navigator for asphalt pavers, (this can optionally be supplemented by the LOGISTIC Navigator )
the CCC-A navigator for asphalt rollers

The corresponding application is started depending on the intended use.

Der VÖLKEL-Navigator besteht grundsätzlich aus einem Navigator-Set (Display und GNSS-RTK-Empfänger mit LTE-Modem in einem robusten Hardschalenkoffer), der Vorrüstung (intelligenter Knoten und Displayschnellwechsler) sowie optionalen Sensoren & Zubehör und dem all-in-one Tool CompactDoc, der durch die Navigator Web-App unterstützt wird. Für den PAVE-Navigator bieten wir zusätzlich auch ein PAVE-Montage-Set (absenkbarer Sensorträger mit Flächentemperatursensor und optional einer Wetterstation), auf dem auch der GNSS-Empfänger mit LTE-Modem aus dem Navigator-Set angebracht werden kann.

Thanks to the clear separation of setup-package and Navigator set, you can pre-fit all machines as required and adapt your fleet to the respective requirements. This means you can use any Navigator set on any machine (whether earthworks, asphalt roller or Paver). All machine-specific settings are saved in the intelligent node. As soon as a Navigator display is plugged into the machine’s quick-release display, all machine information (machine type, installed accessories, etc.) is transmitted when the machine’s engine is started and the VÖLKEL Navigator is ready for use.
