Delivery reliability

A large warehouse ensures the availability of components. SMD towers and dry storage cabinets create a controlled atmosphere with very low humidity. This storage ensures the same reliability of the electronic components on removal from storage as on the day of storage.

Own housing

VÖLKEL enclosures are made for outdoor applications and have been tried and tested there many times. They are used in numerous series products.

SMD production line

In order to use the latest technology in our products, we manufacture on an SMD product line with high-performance automatic machines for

• Direct printing of the solder paste using a jet printer
• SMD assembly
• Reflow soldering
• Selective soldering
• AOI – Automatic Optical Inspection

Painting and sealing

The printed circuit boards are painted to protect them against environmental influences.

Electronics that require special protection against mechanical stress are completely encapsulated by an automatic dispenser.

Assembly

Our experienced electronics technicians install the devices on site.

Temperature and electrical tests

Tests in the temperature cabinet and fully automatic electrical tests with meaningful test reports ensure production quality.
