It accelerates a hydraulic cylinder towards a target position and holds it within an adjustable target window once it has been reached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The standard hardware for this control system is the HCB controller, which can be used to control 2 solenoids. The PCB control unit thus enables the positioning of a cylinder by means of a 4\/3-way valve. The operating modes &#8220;Analog&#8221;, in which a variable set value is controlled, and &#8220;Digital&#8221;, in which adjustable fixed values are controlled, are available. The controller function is defined by means of parameterization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the position controller needs to be integrated into a machine control system, it can easily be ported to another V\u00f6lkel hardware platform. For example, several position controllers can level a vehicle support or interact with other control parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Possible applications are, for example, height control of a field sprayer, the return of a wheel loader bucket to its starting position (return to dig), etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Inputs and outputs
