Völkel housings are made for outdoor applications and are well tested there. They are used in numerous series products.

In order to use most modern technology in our products, we manufacture on a SMD line which covers efficient automats for

• SMD assembly
• Reflow soldering
• Selective soldering
• AOI  Automatic Optical Inspection 

In order to protect the printed circuit boards from environmental influences, they are insulated with laquer. Electronics, which requires a special protection against mechanical load, is completely encapsulated with PU at the automatic vacuum dispenser.

The assembly of the electronic devices is carried out with wide experience and routine.

Tests in the temperature test chamber and fully automatic electrical tests with significant test reports secure the production quality.
