We discuss the initial situation together with our customers. The objectives to be reached through use of an electronic control system are defined. All relevant factors and technical prerequisites are recorded. Our experience with mobile hydraulics simplifies this task.

When drawing up a possible solution, we make use of existing hardware and software modules. New modules are defined for new tasks. The technical realisation of these modules which are to be developed is outlined. The concept is refined with our customers and results in a performance specification after all details have been clarified.

We develop the hardware and software based on the performance specification. During this phase our development tools simulate the hydraulic machine and its operating parameters.

The software and parameters are adjusted under realistic conditions, enabling the control system to fulfil the task set perfectly. This fine tuning takes place on site at the customer's.

Every control system runs through automatic function tests which we develop specifically for the hardware of this control system. This is our means to ensure the reliable operation of each individual control system, no matter what the quantity.

The software supports our customers ideally when installing the electronics. The automated commissioning and real-time diagnosis tools  enable easy parameterisation and integration into the machine. Following installation of the control system, the PC software ConDoc® is a valuable aid for diagnosis, changes and documentation.

Thanks to the modular structure of the control system, updating or adaptation of the software to cope with new requirements is trouble-free, even after several years.
