The components are standardised and designed for easy installation; they communicate with the machine environment via CAN bus. Simply install success
The display devices provide easy-to-read precise information regarding the current compaction process. The machine operator can use it to objectively assess machine progress and to dose critical machine parameters such as amplitude, frequency or speed to fit precisely. The use of VCC achieves plannable good compaction results.

Documented quality
VCC enables simple documentation as well as gapless evaluation of the compacted surface. The compaction data is quick to print as a control document using the TCP (Track Compaction Printer) mobile printer. The PC software CompactDoc is available for comprehensive evaluation of the surface data.

Highly efficient
VCC saves time and costs. Superfluous cycles and over-compaction can be avoided by using compaction measurement. The machine operator recognises when the ground has reached maximum compaction. Based on the measurement values, he can already localise wet or poor quality ground areas during the first cycle and correct them immediately. The early warning against crack operation makes it possible for him to rule out unnecessary loads for the machine and the ground structure reliably and to keep the sound level low. Thanks to continuous measurement, a more even compaction status can be achieved faster.
