Dumper
The three-sided dumper with articulated-frame steering and a rotating driver's cabin is a dumper for flexible use with a load capacity of 12 tons. In addition to its all-wheel drive, the dumper also has a cruise control function in transport mode.
The electronic controlling task is here:
- Drive control (driving the diesel engine via CAN J1939)
- Supplying the driver display with diagnosis data via CAN
- Controlling work hydraulics
The controlling software was created by the customer himself.
The programmable HCY PLC is used as hardware. It is intended four outdoor use and already incorporates integrated current drivers as well as additional CAN J1939 functions. This enabled the customer to implement a high-quality individual control solution.
