Beet harvester

Harvesting sugar beet in non-stop mode imposes tough requirements on the driver of the harvesting machine driver. The steering control system makes work much easier here. It unburdens the driver considerably, enabling an efficient and fast mode of operation.

    • The autopilot, which automatically guides the front and rear axles in the track based on the beet sensor and the digger's mouldboard position, can be activated during digging work.
    • Three steering programs support harvesting operation in all driving situations, especially when turning the vehicle; you can activate them via the graphical operations terminal:
      - All-wheel steering
      - Crab steering
      - Manual steering using potentiometers.
    • If the harvesting machine is driven on the road, rear axle steering can be selected.
